The Resvine Real Estate Directory operates under the terms outlined within this document.  By using and accessing this website visitors take complete responsibility for these terms and compliance with any applicable local laws.

Terms of Service 

The Resvine Real Estate Directory provides a service for website owners, webmasters, marketers and those interested in adding value to this real estate resource by reviewing relevant websites for standards and inclusion to the Directory.

The editors of Resvine reserve and retain the right, in their sole discretion, in the future, to modify, add, remove or change any or all parts of the Terms of Service Agreement at any time.

By completing the Resvine submission form and submitting a website or business for consideration and review, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age that you are providing current, true, complete and accurate information, and that you agree to the all the terms in this Terms of Service Agreement.

The Resvine Real Estate Directory is a fee-based service offered to review and consider submitted websites for inclusion in the Resvine Directory.  Acceptance into the directory is not guaranteed.  If a submitted website is accepted, it will continue to be subject to additional reviews on a recurring annual basis.  If you selected a submission option requiring a recurring annual fee for review, you will be subject to an annual fee for that review which is non-refundable upon remittance.

All current review fees for consideration of submitted websites are posted on the submission page for the Resvine Real Estate Directory and any payments are non-refundable upon remittance.  By submitting your website for listing or advertising space you acknowledge any fee submitted is for editorial review and consideration for the submitted websites inclusion to the Resvine Real Estate Directory and submission does not guarantee inclusion to the Resvine Directory.  By submitting your website for review and consideration you expressly agree to pay the Resvine Directory Review Fee whether or not your website is accepted or denied inclusion.

Upon submitting a website for inclusion and remitting the review fee the Resvine Directory agrees that an editor will review your website, consider its inclusion to the Resvine Directory and respond with notification of status within three business days from the date of submission (this excludes delays due to unforeseen issues with processing your submission and holiday’s observed by the Resvine Directory).

If for any reason the website is denied inclusion the Applicant may request reconsideration one time within 30 days at no additional cost via an email sent to the Resvine Directory.

If you at any time need to request a change to your directory listing, including title or description it can be done by logging into your account.

Minimum Criteria for Site Inclusion

·         Site should not already appear in the directory.

·         The site should contain unique content which will be determined by Authority Directory Editor.

·         The site should clearly define its products, services and purpose.

·         All site links must work.

·         The submitted site must be in English or have an English version available.

·         Websites should support multiple browsers.

·         Website should not be under construction.

·         Website must be available online 24 hours a day.

·         Website must not contain fraud, copyright infringement, gambling, pornography, libel, illegal content, infringe on anyone’s rights or content the Resvine Directory in its sole discretion finds offensive.

These criteria are minimum standards and are not all inclusive.  Resvine Directory editors also use additional factors in the review process.

The Resvine Directory reserves all rights to decide how, where and if a submitted website is included in the Resvine Directory.  The Resvine Directory retains the right to place your sites listing in whichever category or sub-category it finds most appropriate and relevant, change or modify keywords or descriptions at any time.  The Resvine Directory also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove a listing that is in non-compliance with Directory Standards and would no longer be accepted for inclusion.

Copyrights 

Any and all material contained on the Resvine Directory including site content, graphics, articles, trademarks and any other content or components are protected by copyright laws and should not be used or reprinted in any way without the expressed written approval of the Resvine Directory.

The Resvine Directory has reviewed all listings, but is not responsible for the content, services, or products found on the websites and businesses found within our directory.
